Fresh Baby Shrimp and Baby Sardines Over Rice

  1. Wash shiso leaves.
  2. Chop shiso leaves
  3. Wash myoga.
  4. Chop myoga into strips.
  5. Put freshly cooked rice in a bowl, add baby shrimp, baby sardines, shiso, myoga and nori (seaweed) and sesame seeds over rice.
  6. Pour a little shoyu (soy sauce).
