King Ranch Chicken

  1. Boil chicken until tender.
  2. Remove from bone.
  3. Line bottom and sides of greased 3-quart casserole dish with layer of tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle with 2 or 3 tablespoons chicken stock. Layer with 1/2 can undiluted mushroom soup and 1/2 of other ingredients in the order listed.
  5. Cover with another layer of tortillas; sprinkle with 2 or 3 tablespoons chicken stock and remaining ingredients.
  6. Top the last layer of cheese with can of tomatoes with chilies.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
