Sausage And Potato Bake

• 1 Onion diced
• 1 Bell pepper diced
• 3 Smoked sausage- I used skinless
• 4 Potatoes
• 1 cup Italian liquid dressing-you can use more or less
• 1 dash Old bay, Louisiana Cajun, garlic and onion powder, salt and cracked pepper and sprinkle of Italian seasoning

1. Preheat oven 400
2. Dice all ingredients, line everything in baking dish.
3. Pour butter, dressing and sprinkle seasonings.
4. And toss around to make sure all is coated.
5. Cover with foil, and bake for an hour or so.
