Energy Mango Shake
- 8 ounces ripe mangoes
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) container vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
- Place the Mango flesh in a blender and process it a bit.
- Slowly pour in the Soy Milk with the blender on Add honey Process until very smooth Enjoy.
