Crunchy Peanut Brickle Bars Recipe

  1. Combine oats, flour, peanuts, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  2. Stir in butter till crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1 1/2 c.. Press remainder in greased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake 12 min.
  5. Beat lowfat milk with peanut butter till smooth.
  6. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  7. Combine reserved mix with chips.
  8. Sprinkle over peanut butter mix.
  9. Press down firmly.
  10. Bake 20 min at 375 degrees.
