Gluten Free Granny's Apple Stuff
- 5 rome apples, peeled cored and cubed
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 12 cup organic unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- place your apples in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- In seperate bowl, mix flour, sugar , cinnamon and butter ( room temperature) until it makes a crumbly consistency.
- Spread the crumble on top of the apples.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until apples are fork tender.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
