Honey-Ginger Chicken Bites
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 lb. (900 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
- Reserve 3 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture.
- Add chicken to remaining dressing mixture; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken on 2 foil-covered baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until done.
- Transfer chicken to serving dish.
- Add reserved dressing mixture; toss to evenly coat chicken.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed and onions.
