Chinese-Style Spicy Marinated Cucumbers

  1. Bash up the cucumbers (with a rolling pin etc), and cut into chunks.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  3. Place the (A) ingredients inside a tupperware container or a plastic bag, and place the cucumbers into the mixture (Mix together).
  4. After about 15 minutes, add red chili pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with white sesame right before eating.
