Chinese-Style Spicy Marinated Cucumbers
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 dash less than 2 tablespoons (A) Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp A) Sesame oil
- 1 tsp (A) Ra-yu
- 1/3 tsp (A) Sugar
- 1 tsp White sesame (if desired)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Red chili pepper
- Bash up the cucumbers (with a rolling pin etc), and cut into chunks.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Place the (A) ingredients inside a tupperware container or a plastic bag, and place the cucumbers into the mixture (Mix together).
- After about 15 minutes, add red chili pepper to taste.
- Garnish with white sesame right before eating.
