Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Mix sour cream and soup together; set aside.
  2. Place flour and all seasonings together in a small paper bag.
  3. Toss each piece of chicken in flour mixture.
  4. Brown chicken in hot oil.
  5. Place browned chicken in a 9x13-inch casserole pan.
  6. Top chicken with soup mixture and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
  7. Top with cheese during the last 15 miinutes of baking.
  8. Serve with rice.
