Creamy Avocado Sauce

  1. Cut avocados in half.
  2. Removing pit.
  3. Scoop avocado flesh from skin.
  4. Cut onion in half and remove peel from one of the halves and cut in half again.
  5. Set other half aside for use in another recipe.
  6. Smash garlic and remove peel.
  7. Rough chop into a few pieces.
  8. Stem the JalapeAao and Serrano peppers (you may also seed if you like, but I like a kick"L).
  9. Rough chop into a few pieces.
  10. Rough chop cilantro to taste.
  11. Add all chopped ingredients to blender along with the juice of half a lime, 1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar, and kosher salt to taste.
  12. Add 1 cup of cold water and blend until smooth.
  13. Have a taste and adjust salt if necessary.
  14. (If too thick, just add a little water until you get desired consistency)
  15. Enjoy as a dip, on tacos , or with grilled meats.
  16. Very tasty!
