Butterscotch Delights

  1. Cream the shortening in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
  6. Add to creamed mixture, stirring well.
  7. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
  8. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown.
  10. Makes 10 to 12 dozen.
