truffle aioli

• 1 cup mayo
• 3 1/4 tbsp dijon mustard
• 2 1/2 tbsp sherry vinegar
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp blk pepper
• 1 cup truffle

1. mix all ingredients ex oil
2. drizzle truffle oil in slowly

mayo, mustard, sherry vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, truffle
