Bock Beer Corn

  1. Mince garlic and shallots.
  2. Add them to a skillet with 2 T butter and saute about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn and chopped red pepper, cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add beer and cream.
  5. Simmer until cream thickens.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Top with green onions.
  8. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
