Catalan Bread with Tomato

  1. Rub surface and crusts of toasted bread with open face of halved garlic clove.
  2. Gently squeeze tomato half while rubbing across the surface of the bread.
  3. Drizzle bread with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
