Catalan Bread with Tomato
- 4 slices toasted country bread
- 2 cloves peeled garlic, sliced in 1/2 lengthwise
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced in 1/2 crosswise
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Rub surface and crusts of toasted bread with open face of halved garlic clove.
- Gently squeeze tomato half while rubbing across the surface of the bread.
- Drizzle bread with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
