Banana Coffee Smoothie Recipe
- 2 sm frzn bananas
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat lowfat milk
- 1 ct low-fat coffee yogurt - (8 ounce)
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 dsh nutmeg
- Combine frzn bananas, lowfat milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender container.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into glasses.
- Garnish with fresh banana slices and mint.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
