Fruited Yogurt
- 300 g mascarpone
- 300 g thick Greek yogurt
- 6 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
- 400 g mixed berries
- Whisk together mascarpone and yogurt.
- Add 1 tblsp raspberry syrup.
- Put 1/4 of this mixture in food processor with 1/2 the berries.
- Add also 2 tblsp syrup.
- Blitz to a rosy puree and fold through remaining yogurt mixture.
- Create a marbled effect.
- Chill.
- Spoon mounds into little bowls.
- Adorn with remaining syrup and berries if desired.
