Sausage Meatballs Fondue Recipe

  1. Brown pork till finely crumbled with minced onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add in sauerkraut, well liquid removed and snipped, 2 Tbsp.
  4. bread crumbs.
  5. Combine cream cheese, American cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
  6. Stir into sauerkraut mix, chill.
  7. Shape meat into 3/4 inch balls, coat with flour.
  8. Beat Large eggs and roll balls in egg then in 3/4 c. bread crumbs.
  9. Pour salad oil into fondue cooker.
  10. Add in 1 tsp.
  11. salt.
  12. Have meatballs room temperature.
  13. Spear with fork, fry in warm oil for 1/2 to 1 minute.
  14. Yields: 60.
