Baked Apricots Recipe
- 2 can (29-ounce) peeled apricot halves, liquid removed
- 1 stk butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Apricot juice
- 1 box (9-ounce) Ritz crackers
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar Cinnamon
- Grease shallow 2-qt casserole.
- Layer with apricots.
- Add in brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs.
- Pour butter and apricot juice over.
- Bake at 300 for 25-30 min.
