Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (9 ounce.) container whipped topping, thawed at room temperature
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked and cooled, or possibly graham cracker crust
- Whip cream cheese till soft and fluffy.
- Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
- Slowly add in lowfat milk, blending thoroughly.
- Fold thawed topping into mix.
- Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Sprinkle with minced nuts and freeze.
