- 4 Jerusalem artichoke
- 5 cm Carrot
- 1 Broccoli sprouts
- 1 Vegetarian Mayonnaise (refer to
- Rinse off the dirt well from the Jerusalem artichokes, and cut the carrots into large bite-sized chunks.
- Add a bit of water to a pot, cover tightly with a lid, and steam.
- Evaporate the water once the Jerusalem artichokes become hot and soft, and add in the sprouts and vegetarian mayonnaise.
- It's done.
- You will have a vitamin B12 deficiency if you switch to a vegetarian diet, so I recommend using broccoli sprouts.
- It seems that beets are also high in vitamin B12.
- You can also get B12 from nori seaweed or nutritional yeast.
