Ground Meat and Daikon Radish Spicy Stir Fry

  1. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Cut the daikon into sticks, and then chop into 1cm cubes.
  3. Fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
  4. Once the daikon radish becomes transparent, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the meat.
  5. Cook while breaking apart the meat with a spatula.
  6. Add the doubanjiang spicy bean paste after the meat is broken up, add the ingredients, give the pan a quick stir, and it's done.
  7. It also tastes delicious over rice.
