Ground Meat and Daikon Radish Spicy Stir Fry
- 200 grams Ground beef and pork mix
- 5 cm Daikon radish
- 1/2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp of each Sake and Miso
- 2 tsp Hon-mirin
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Cut the daikon into sticks, and then chop into 1cm cubes.
- Fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
- Once the daikon radish becomes transparent, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the meat.
- Cook while breaking apart the meat with a spatula.
- Add the doubanjiang spicy bean paste after the meat is broken up, add the ingredients, give the pan a quick stir, and it's done.
- It also tastes delicious over rice.
