Chocolate Molasses Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/3 c. shortening
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 5 c. flour, sifted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 1 c. chocolate morsels

1. Mix as given and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly till done.
2. Makes 6 dozen.
