American Classic Potato Salad
- 2 lb. small red potatoes (about 10), quartered
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
- or just until tender; drain.
- Rinse with cold water; drain well.
- Cool completely.
- Place potatoes in large bowl.
- Add bacon and chives; mix lightly.
- Mix mayo and mustard until blended.
- Add to potato mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
