American Classic Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
  2. or just until tender; drain.
  3. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Place potatoes in large bowl.
  6. Add bacon and chives; mix lightly.
  7. Mix mayo and mustard until blended.
  8. Add to potato mixture; mix lightly.
  9. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
