Easy Marinated Chicken Recipe
- 1 (3-3 1/2 lb.) chicken or possibly 6 breast halves
- 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing (lite)
- 1/3 c. lite teriyaki or possibly soy sauce
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Skin chicken (bone if desired) and place in baking pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.
- Turn once.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
- Baste occasionally with marinade.
- (I use breast halves and teriyaki.
- Quick, easy and delicious.)
