Trail Mix Cookies
- 12 cup almond flour
- 14 cup sesame seeds
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped
- 14 cup pumpkin seeds
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup almond butter
- 14 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or foil.
- If you have neither, be sure to grease your sheet well.
- Throw EVERYTHING in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until totally combined.
- If you can manage to NOT eat the batter uncooked {it won't be easy but remember there's a raw egg in there} Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes, until just starting to get golden.
