Lemon Grouper
- 1 pound Grouper Fillets
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Herb Seasoning (available With The Bottled Herbs)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a baking pan large enough to hold your fish easily, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter.
- Add the garlic and the wine to the butter.
- Place the fish in the butter mixture turning it several times to coat it.
- If needed, use a spoon to make sure some of the garlic is on top of each fillet.
- Sprinkle each fillet with the lemon herb seasoning and the Old Bay.
- Top with pats of the remaining butter.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve topped with the butter/wine mixture from the pan spooned over it.
