Green and Gold Smoothie

• 14 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed
• 1 banana, frozen
• 1 stalk kale, stems removed
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and drink has become an electrifying green color.
