Wasabi Noodles

  1. For the dressing/marinade, whisk together wasabi powder, warm water, honey, sesame oil, lime (or lemon) juice, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. (Note: Makes about 8 ounces of dressing.
  3. Only half will be used for per 8 ounce package of noodles.)
  4. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Drain noodles.
  6. While still warm, gently toss with 4 ounces of dressing/marinade.
  7. Gently!
  8. Cover and refrigerate until cooled.
  9. Once cool, add chopped cucumber, toasted sesame seeds.
  10. Gently toss to incorporate.
  11. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
