Country Barbequed Ribs

  1. Place ribs in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
  4. Remove ribs from slow cooker and allow to cool.
  5. Discard liquid.
  6. Place ribs in freezer bag.
  7. Cover with barbecue sauce.
  8. Label and freeze.
  9. To serve: thaw.
  10. Heat until hot and bubbly.
