Vegetarian chili

  1. Heat tomato juice to boil, add bulgur, cover, let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Spray large pan with Pam, saute onions and garlic, add carrots, celery, spices peppers, cook until tender.
  3. Add beans and remaining ingredients, and heat gently at least 45 minutes, longer if you like.
  4. Can be served topped with parsley, cheese, onions, sour cream.
