Crab Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) White Lump Crab Meat Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Or Fresh Chopped Chives
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1/4 cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 package Your Favoite Chips Or Crackers
- Whip cream cheese till light and fluffy.
- Add all other ingredients and mix very well.
- I add cayenne pepper to taste.
- ( I like spicy.)
- I make this early in the morning so it is firmed back up and cold before I serve it at parties or for a late night snack.
- I have doubled and tripled this recipe several time and there never seems to be any left at the end of the party.
- This can also be served with a veggie tray.
