Mexican Style Chicken Kien Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. chicken pcs to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Put chicken and Jack strips in center of each chicken pcs.
  4. Roll up and tuck ends under.
  5. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chili pwdr, salt, cumin and pepper.
  6. Dip each in melted butter and roll in crumbs mix.
  7. Place chicken seam side down in oblong baking dish and drizzle with a little melted butter.
  8. Cover and refrigerate4 hour or possibly overnight.
  9. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till done.
  10. Serve with sauce.
