SHAKE'N BAKE Fish and Baked Tomatoes

  1. PLACE mushrooms, onion and butter in 12 x 8 inch (3 L) non-metal baking dish.
  2. COOK in microwave, covered, on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  3. Coat fish with coating mix as directed on package, reserving any remaining mix for tomatoes.
  4. ARRANGE fish with thickest part towards outside edge in baking dish.
  5. Cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  6. THOROUGHLY combine sour cream and cheese.
  7. Cook in microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 1 minute, or until warm.
  8. TO serve, spoon warmed sour cream and cheese sauce over fish and sprinkle with chopped parsely.
  9. TOMATOES:
  10. REMOVE stem ends from tomatoes; cut each in half.
  11. Arrange tomatoes with the cut side up, in a circle, in a 9 inch (23 cm) pie plate.
  12. SPRINKLE remaining coating mix evenly over tomatoes.
  13. Cook in microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  14. Sprinkle tomatoes with cheese.
  15. COOK in microwave on HIGH for 2 more minutes or until tomatoes are hot and cheese is melted.
