Garlic & Herb Sweet Potato Fries with Rouge-Ranch Dip

  1. Combine dressing and mustard.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Heat oil in pan on low heat; add garlic.
  4. Saute until lightly browned; let cool.
  5. Stir in thyme.
  6. Cook fries in 350 degrees F oil until crisp; drain well.
  7. Toss with garlic mixture.
  8. Serve 12 oz.
  9. fries with 6 Tbsp.
  10. dressing mixture for sharing.
