Turkish flatbread with kebab and mint dressing
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 handfull chopped mint and parsely
- 400 grams minced beef
- 1 tbsp ground coriander seed
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 red or green chili
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 white cabbage
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 turkish flatbread
- Preheat the oven.
- Warm the flatbread.
- Chop the garlic, ginger, chili and onion and mix with the beef.
- Ad the coriander, Worcester sauce and mustard and mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Slice the carrot, cucumber, Cabage and onion.
- Mix in the vinegar.
- Season with salt.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing
- Bake the kebab in a pan.
- Keep it in big chunks
- Slice the bread in quarters and fill with the meat, vegetables and dressing.
- Enjoy!
