Hamburger Curry
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz) Peas And Carrots Or Mixed Vegetables
- 2 cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder, Or More To Taste
- Salt And Pepper
- Fry onion in oil over medium heat until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef and fry until evenly browned.
- Drain fat.
- Add can of vegetables with its liquid.
- Mix flour with cold water, then add to the pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add curry powder.
- Start with 2 teaspoons and check the taste.
- Add more if desired.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the gravy.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
