Pig Pralines

  1. Heat the bacon drippings in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the sugar melts and comes just to boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook 3 minutes, continuing to stir constantly.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
  5. Note: If the pecans are still sticky after theyve cooled a bit, just toss them with a little more brown sugar.
