Brownie Peanut Butter Bites Recipe

• 1 pkt (15 ounce) brownie mix
• 1/3 c. Warm water
• 1/4 c. Oil
• 1 x Egg
• 48 x Miniature chocolate covered peanut butter c.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg.
3. Beat well with spoon.
4. Fill paper-lined mini-muffin c. about 1/2 full.
5. Press one peanut butter c. into batter in each c.. Bake 15-20 min or possibly till brownie is set.
6. Cold completely.
7. Yield: 40-48 pcs.
