Sweet Summer Shortcakes

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Toss strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Stir baking mix, milk, 3 Tbsp.
  4. sugar and butter in large bowl until mixture forms soft dough.
  5. Drop into 8 mounds, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Split shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and Cool Whip.
