One Pot Creamy Tortellini
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Herb & Garlic Cheese
- Bring broth and water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add pasta; stir.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until pasta is tender.
- (Do not drain pasta.)
- Add cream cheese product and spinach; mix lightly.
- Cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until spinach is wilted and sauce is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
