Peanut Chutney

  1. Cook the peanuts and chili peppers in a frying pan.
  2. You can cook them with oil if you want.
  3. Once they become fragrant, they're done.
  4. Place the peanuts, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. You'll probably need more water than you think.
  6. Once it becomes thick and creamy, it's done.
  7. Here is a variation: Heat the * ingredients in a frying pan.
  8. Add the chutney.
  9. It's a delicious chutney.
  10. Done.
  11. Serve with some idli!
