Peanut Chutney
- 200 ml Peanuts (fresh, with shells)
- 4 Chili pepper (dried)
- 2 clove Garlic (fresh, peeled)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp *Oil
- 2 *Red chili pepper
- 1/4 tsp *Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp *Cumin seeds
- Cook the peanuts and chili peppers in a frying pan.
- You can cook them with oil if you want.
- Once they become fragrant, they're done.
- Place the peanuts, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
- You'll probably need more water than you think.
- Once it becomes thick and creamy, it's done.
- Here is a variation: Heat the * ingredients in a frying pan.
- Add the chutney.
- It's a delicious chutney.
- Done.
- Serve with some idli!
