Easy Cauliflower-Ham Chowder

  1. In stock pot, cook celery and sliced cauliflower in chicken broth until almost tender, about 10 minute Do not drain.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In mixing bowl, gradually stir half and half into undiluted potato soup.
  4. In separate bowl, blend water, cornstarch and pepper, then stir into soup mixture.
  5. Pour over cauliflower in pot.
  6. Stir in ham and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  7. Just before serving, stir in cheese.
  8. Do not allow to boil once cheese is added.
