Joggin in a Jug

  1. Mix all together and keep refrigerated.
  2. Stir well (or shake) before drinking.
  3. Take 2-4 ounces every morning and every night.
  4. Makes approximately 2 1/2 qts.
  5. Will keep for up to three weeks in refrigerator.
