Southwest-Style Sausage Potato Breakfast Pizza #SP5
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, ground
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 12 cups Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hash Browns, thawed
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- Unroll dough, separate into four rectangles.
- Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides to form crust; press perforations and edges to seal.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook and crumble hot Italian ground sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
- Drain; remove to a medium bowl.
- Wipe out skillet.
- Add eggs to skillet; cook over medium-low heat until almost set.
- Stir in Italian hot ground sausage.
- Spoon egg and sausage mixture evenly over crescent pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with Simply potatoes southwest style hash browns and shredded Mexican cheese.
- Bake 16 to 23 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown.
- Cut breakfast pizza into small squares.
- Serve with your favorite salsa.
- Serves:4-6, prep time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 23 minutes.
