Southwest-Style Sausage Potato Breakfast Pizza #SP5

  1. Unroll dough, separate into four rectangles.
  2. Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides to form crust; press perforations and edges to seal.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook and crumble hot Italian ground sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
  5. Drain; remove to a medium bowl.
  6. Wipe out skillet.
  7. Add eggs to skillet; cook over medium-low heat until almost set.
  8. Stir in Italian hot ground sausage.
  9. Spoon egg and sausage mixture evenly over crescent pizza crust.
  10. Sprinkle with Simply potatoes southwest style hash browns and shredded Mexican cheese.
  11. Bake 16 to 23 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown.
  12. Cut breakfast pizza into small squares.
  13. Serve with your favorite salsa.
  14. Serves:4-6, prep time: 20 minutes, cooking time: 23 minutes.
