Bacon and egg cupcakes
- 12 slice bacon
- 12 slice sausage
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cupcake pan
- 1 cooking spray
- preheat oven to 400F
- cook bacon till browned but not crisp.
- brown the sausage pattys at the same time.
- take a cupcake pan and lightly spray cooking spray on it.
- place sausage patties on the bottom of each cupcake cup.
- wrap a slice of bacon around the inside of the cupcake cup, around the sausage patty.
- take one egg and break it in to a cupcake cup.
- place some shredded cheese on each bacon and egg cupcake.
- salt and pepper to taste.
- place in 400F oven for 15 mins or until done.
- let sit 5 mins before serving.
- Enjoy!
