Roasted Salmon with Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread in a single layer.
  4. Roast, tossing occasionally, until sprouts are browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  6. Place in center of baking sheet (push sprouts to sides).
  7. Roast until salmon is opaque throughout and sprouts are tender, about 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
