Microwave Swedish Meatballs Recipe

  1. Combine grnd beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form into 1 inch meatballs and arrange in a casserole dish.
  3. Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 min.
  4. Drain.
  5. Mix soup and lowfat milk together in a bowl, pour over meatballs.
  6. Cover and cook on high till bubbly, stirring once.
