Creamed Shrimp Fettuccine

  1. Cook fettuccine according to box instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over low heat, add cream and corn starch.
  4. Whisk together.
  5. Add fish stock, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  6. Whisk to combine.
  7. Cook several minutes, until thickened slightly.
  8. Add shrimp.
  9. Increase heat to medium and cook 34 minutes, stirring.
  10. Add pasta and cheese, and toss together.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  12. Serve immediately.
  13. This is a quick and flavorful date night meal.
