The Simpatico Recipe eternalrobot

• sugar for rimming glasses (optional)
• 4 oz vodka
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 2 oz limoncello
• 2 dashes vanilla extract
• 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
• 2 thin slices of lemon, or 2 twists of lemon peel (optional)

1. Use sugar to rim two glasses.
2. Set aside.
3. Add remaining ingredients, except for lemon peel or slices (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
4. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
5. Strain into reserved glasses.
