Marshmallow Fondant

  1. Combine marshmallows and water in bowl.
  2. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and butter; mix into marshmallow mixture, using buttered hands, until combined.
  4. Add food color, if desired.
  5. Knead fondant until smooth.
